The closest ive been was when a friend peed on the other side of a car and I could hear it and see her puddle run over to my side. I really wanted to duck down and peak under the car but too many other friends could have spotted me.
Ive also been in few multi stall gender neutral bathrooms. I’ve heard women peeing / seen their shoes to confirm gender and I do that every chance I get but there aren’t too many chances for it.

The situation with the fence was it accommodated "shielded"....heh heh about 10 females at once. The way the slope went down I was totally obscured by the fence. The
Women just had a view of a solid fence unless they really leaned down to look through the missing slats. Noyone did this as that part was getting sprayed and soaked by their urine lol. This allowed me to essentially peruse the line of ladies by just strolling down the fence line. They were totally clueless a guy was watching them.
If I really liked a particular sight, I could approach for a closer look, though I didn't want to get close enough where I risked someone perhaps seeing me as she looked down to wipe or pee. Mostly I liked to take in the whole line of women exposed like that. It was amazing to see the variety of anatomy, as well as pee styles and stances they would take.
