Years ago a U S Air Force officer won a local nude beauty contest, and was subsequently disciplined by her commanding officer. When the Secretery of the Air Force heard of this, he had the charges dismissed, saying that she was obviously not wearing her uniform and so it should be of no concern the the Air Force. (She later went on to enter more nude contests, careful to not wear her uniform.)
