My method
So I had quite the bondage kink back in the day and often incorporated a bit of titty torture.
I'd have the woman kneel and tie her knees so they were as far apart as practical. Then I'd tie their hands behind their back and raise their wrists up forcing them to bend over so their boobs were hanging straight down. I'd take two glasses of crushed ice/water and dip their nipples into them to get them as hard as possible. Then came the real torture. I had made a device - two clothespins connected with a metal chain. Put the clothespins on the nipples and then hang fishing weights from the chain. Typically four or five ounces did the trick.
The pain was enough to turn most women on and since they were bent over I would force them to suck me. I would also use a vibrator on them after I was finished. Never had a woman object to the pain. But then, if we were doing this, it wasn't the first time I tied her up. And this works on all sizes!
