I knew a girl that started her journey to body positivity by staying naked all the time at home. Then she started leaving curtains open and eventually moving on to going outside. She became so confident that she kept this up when the kids were at home and started ordering pizza and going to the door naked to get it. The next step was explicit photos that she would send. Some of which I have posted on here. The point of this long ramble is, start out small and let her move on at her own pace.
