Ellie just sat there, too stunned to move, when her phone buzzed again. She thought it was Natalie but it was a text from Naomi, a girl she had grown up with, they had graduated high school together. She had’t heard from Naomi since last summer, though, and was suddenly worried about the timing - Naomi had been a band member when they were in school. Had she heard something? Ellie held her breath as she opened the message and read it…

“Hi, Ellie, it’s Naomi. So, I know we haven’t talked this year, but I wanted to ask you…look, there’s a naked video of you on the high school’s Alumni webpage.”

“WHAT?” Ellie screamed out loud.

“Ellie, is everything okay?” her mom asked, but Ellie didn’t hear her, so shocked and panicked was she at Naomi’s message - she thought Naomi was just reaching out because she heard about someone being at the school and wanted to gossip - did that girl outside the school take a video not just a couple photos?? She stopped reading Naomi’s message and stumbled over to her desk where her laptop was. Hands shaking, she went to the high school’s alumni webpage and opened it.

Oh, God, it was the drone, it must have been taking video of her running by the lake!
