I choose to interpret "embarrassed boyfriend" in the broadest possible way, to cover boyfriends who feel arousal so outside the normal run of their experience that it threatens their composure. Photos that capture a boyfriend feeling humiliated must be vanishingly rare, for obvious reasons. If a guy is unhappy with his girlfriend undressing in public, he'll probably stop her from doing so, especially when photographers are around.

It depends - some guys are biased on this topic. On one hand you are jealous that somebody will see or even photograph your gf/wife naked on the other hand you are experiencing a thrill being aware that your naked wife is in somebody’s photo album.
