When I was in college I dated a girl named Ellen who in retrospect was I guess an exhibitionist. She would walk around naked at my off campus house in front of my roommates and had no problem showing her tits or just being topless at parties. She would also encourage other girls to do the same which was fun. I also remember in the spring semester of my sophomore year her showing pictures of her on vacation in the carribean over winter break. In any case she lived close enough by (we both went to state school) that she would come over to hang out and I would go over to her house to swim when her parents were away which was most of the summer. Whenever we went swimming she would always swim nude as would her friend Amanda who sometimes came over to smoke weed with us, although I did not. Without my knowledge, she told my sister who had just graduated high school about her clothing optional beach vacation swimming at her house and how the girls didn't bother with bathing suits. Eventually my sister asked me if she could come swim at the bext time I went over to Ellen's. I was surprised and asked her if she knew Ellen and her friends usually swam naked and she shocked me by saying "Yeah that sounds really fun." I got a weird feeling in my stomach of excitement and nervousness realizing my sister wanted us to see her naked and was like, "Yeah, sure."

A few days later she came over and when we went out to the pool I got to watch her take her clothes off. She immediately covered herself but slowly got used to it and with Ellen's encouragement started getting out to jump off the diving board so I could see all of her. She had never had a boyfriend and didn't shave her pubic hair yet, but she clearly enjoyed being seen naked by me. I think she was a little embarassed after because she didn't say anything about it for a while. A few days later she came to talk to me and told me it was "really fun." We continued to do this the rest of the summer. The only other interesting details are that she started shaving her pubic hair on Ellen's suggestion so I got to see her pussy (which she was clearly embarassed about initially- kept covering herself with her hand), and also that one time Ellen's dad was home and came out to the pool and both she and Ellen had a conversation while completely naked in front of him.

I found it a huge turn on to see both my little sister and my girlfriend nude in front of another man.

Overall I think it's much more common for girls to be nude in front if their brothers than vice versa. I've asked a fair number of women over the years if they let their brother or their dad see them naked and about half said yes and a majority of the rest were open to the idea but they generally weren't very interested in their male relatives being nude also.

I've also encouraged female friends and girlfriends over the years to be nude in front of their brother or father and the ones that tried it all said it was exciting and that it was a good experience. As far as I know their family nudity continued in most cases. Once a girl has been naked in front of someone she knows once and gotten used to it, it's not a big deal to do it again.

My parents never found out about my sister's nudity fortunately.
