CHAPTER 12

Ellie didn’t think she could panic any more than she was until she saw some of the people outside pointing up at the window! Oh, God, they had seen her! For several seconds she just stood there frozen for all to see, not knowing if they could tell who it was or what she was doing. Seeing a few people start walking toward the entrance spurred her to action and she turned around, unwittingly presenting her bare ass to the window and all outside as she ran back up the stairs. Reaching the second floor, Ellie ran back down the hallway to the room where she had started it all. Forcing the doors open she ran in and frantically looked for a place to hide.

Mr. Jackson started walking up the stairs. He was exhausted but knew that he couldn’t leave so long as there was someone running around the building. He didn’t exactly believe that the person was naked, but he also knew his students weren’t ones to make stuff up. Probably just the exhaustion messing with everyone.

Reaching the second floor he headed down the hallway in the direction of the room in which his students said they say saw a light go out.

Ellie couldn’t make up her mind and decided that instead of trying to hide in the speech room that she’d run down the nearby stairs and go back to the locker room - maybe they wouldn’t bother going all the way back there and she could hide until everyone was gone. Stepping out into the hallway, she turned back to the doors to close them. As she reached out, one hand on each door handle and none available to cover herself, she looked down the hallway and saw someone step into view and turn her way - oh, God, someone was looking right at her! She didn’t bother with the doors but took off running, once again showing her bare ass to whoever it was, and turned the corner before flying down the stairs.

The band director definitely saw something, a person running away from him down the hall, but he couldn’t tell who it was or even if it was a boy or a girl - the hallway was just too dark to make anything out. He was a big guy and couldn’t go fast, but he heaved himself into a jog to try and catch up with whomever it was.

“Mrs. Turner? The lock I used at regionals is actually the lock from my school locker - can I go put it back? It’s just down the main hallway, it’ll be quick.”

“That’s fine, Rachel, just be sure to put your instrument away first.”

Ellie reached the first floor and without thinking turned to go down the hallway where the locker was in which she had stashed her clothes. She had only gone a few feet when she realized her mistake - the other end of the hallway was filling with people! Everyone was entering the building and turning away from her to go down the Arts hallway, but she knew that before long someone would turn this way and see her.

Knowing it was now or never, Ellie started down the hallway, hands covering her breasts and bare pussy, slowly walking on the balls of her feet not to make any noise. She was beside herself with fear and embarrassment - she was completely naked and she was willingly walking -toward- other people!

Just as Ellie was about halfway to the locker, at the far end of the hallway the traffic started to be two-way. The earliest people to walk in had apparently finished whatever they were doing and were now walking out. Most of them were talking to one another, looking sideways and not straight ahead, but it would only take one. Ellie was completely exposed, with nowhere to hide and nothing but her hands to cover her. She froze, worried again that any movement would attract attention, when it happened. One girl didn’t turn toward the entrance, but instead kept walking, looking down at something in her hands for a moment, and then up, staring right at Ellie.
