That is a photo by the celebrated Japanese photographer Masahisa Fukase. These photos are part of a collection of family photos he did throughout the 70's and 80's. Its definitely not AI, these photos have been around since the 80's. The nude gal in this photo is a member of his family. Daughter perhaps? I could be wrong. I have no idea why she is nude in the picture. I do know that Masahisa Fukase photos are considered pretty high brow art. Here is the other photo in the set with everyone but his parents looking backward.
