Surely it all depends on the reason for the Sexual Contact ? Boy/Girl Friend it's probably through choice. But what if somone is being coerced, like paying the Rent, or getting/keeping a Job ? She may not have an option, especially if she is Un-Married and the alternative is full, unprotected Sex! And, if Married, she may be acting to prevent having to pay a Bill when finance is unavailable ! And the Demand is either "swallow" or "risk an unwanted pregnancy" ! Also, of course, this could include a Demand for "anal" sex ! Similarly, during "menstruation", when the Demand for Sex has to be met otherwise.
