Try this:

in the top right corner above where it says 'OK", click there. That should take you to a registration page. The sections have some English explanations, so filling it out should be pretty straightforward. Right under "(sex)", click the box (you agree to the terms...), then hit the submit button (with a six digit number at the end). If you are successful, a page will come up telling you to go to your E-mail to look for an activation message. Check your E-mail and click on the link at the bottom of the message. Then go back and formally log in (top right).
BTW - where it says dadadadada..(sex) - there are 14 choices! You mean its not just "are you male or female?".
I wonder what the other twelve choices are...
