Recently at a clothing optional beach with my wife we saw this woman with a kid and she was bottomless but with her top on.
It called my attention and I asked my wife if she had any idea why a woman would do that. She mentioned that she might be uncomfortable with her breasts, maybe saggy after having the kid. That's one possibility.
