I am a few years older, born 1974, but I completely agree with mossycleft. Growing up in 70s/80s, bush was absolutely part of childhood. The only question was what color and how much. The darker haired girls usually had monsters below but you could be surprised by some browns, blondes and reds. This was case right through 90s..then it literally disappeared overnight around 2000.
