I believe the safest way how to manage it is to start sharing more photos of your regular life. Including your wife in regular clothes. When the Summer comes, you will share some photos from your vacation and there will be some photos of your wife in bikini, some in sexy Summer clothes... It will not look strange if it starts to be regular and some sexy ones are among other photos. And if the sexy ones fit to the context of others.
