In my experience, women proudly show their goods to who they want to. They don’t want to miss an opportunity to look their best or catch the attention of someone they are interested in. If that’s not you, then just catch a quick glimpse or they’ll be upset and scowl or think you’re a pervert.
Also the conservatives are the best. I experienced a lot of Catholic school girls and Jewish girls go wild in college. They were repressed freaks in bed which I took full advantage of.
As for the best downblouse, I was at an outdoor festival. A pretty blonde was sitting on the grass eating with her low cut generous cleavaged top falling forward as she sat, bend forward and ate. As I walked by, I had full view of both her pale breasts, puffy light pink nipples and areolas. I also got food and complained audibly about how there’s nowhere to sit & if we could share the spot. While chatting with her about the music lineup and eating our food, I enjoyed the view.
