In late July it was busy. Not completely full, but busy. There were some ceremonies that were full, but a few that weren't. Generally people wore robes when not in the sauna, but there was plenty of nudity, in the sauna, before and after, showers, pools, etc. I was there on one sunny day and one cloudy day. The main difference is there were many dozens of people sunbathing nude on the sunny day, and not many at all on the cloudy day. It seemed that behavior was very good overall, and everyone seemed pretty comfortable. I think the staff has things well under control. And I hope people in this group also will act respectfully so we can keep a good thing going. Just make sure you're going there to relax and enjoy the sauna in a traditional way.
