Her name is Scarlett Morgan. She’s a model, and you’ll find about a billion more photos of her just by googling her name. She was also a presenter on “Nude Muse,” which was an Australian (sort of) knockoff of Naked News, and featured a lot of content that could be considered public nudity. That’s likely where this particular photo originated. I’m pretty sure they did a nude paddle boarding episode at one point.
