From what I understand, that is Diana Scapolan (the Italian candidate for Miss Universe 1976 and wife of Italian TV personality / politician Ettore Andenna).
The quality of these clips is a lot better than what was floating around before Antenna 3 started rebroadcasting!
I imagine they are upscaled to 720p from pro videotape sources of the time (like U-Matic or Betacam), which is better than VHS usually. Main quibble for me is that a lot of these episodes are stretched from 4:3 to 16:9. If one cared enough, it's pretty easy to re-scale.
Shows with stripping games like this unfortunately are unfortunately rare in the HD era, particularly ones like this that seem to involve (mostly) non-pros.
There was a new episode Friday, but unfortunately other stuff has been hugely interfering. I'll try to post it shortly...
