It gives the body a break from wearing tight, restricting clothing, and scientific studies regularly show that sleeping nude allows the body to regulate its temperature better than if one wears pajamas with sheets and blankets on top.
So, men, tell your ladies you’re recommending it for their health, for better circulation of their blood and their lymph systems, so they can sleep deeper and more restfully so they look more relaxed each morning.
