I've been having good luck with Grok creating stuff. It won't allow you to do anything with an uploaded nude skin nipple or crotch. It's even balks when you do a sheer or white bra or bikini top. Cover a naked breast with a star on the nipple and that is fine.

And it varies, but seems like Grok is getting more forgiving all the time, and allowing more.
There are a few sites that sell "tokens" that will do full on sex videos of your uploaded photos but I'm not cool with that as it's not private enough in my eyes.
