Well, life happens, and chemo 'pancaked' those C's down to barely A's. She was already 'knocked down', so it was hard to deny her them under the new circumstances. The doc did an amazing job, and her confidence sky-rocketed. She rarely wears a bra now, even in public, which is exciting. Her implants are saline, teardrop, and were placed underneath the muscle, so they don't look or really feel 'fake'. DD's.
