I can vouch for the degradation of Z of A. Was there recently with the wifey. Men present were in the majority. The women present trended toward the more middle aged. Sure, some 20-somethings there, but not many, compared to earlier.
This is in comparison to my previous visit a year or so ago, where pretty young things were in the majority.
Maybe the reason was a particular catergory of men present ... I will give 2 examples.
One guy, lets call him "Abdullah" walking around constantly in a robe, jaw dragging on the ground, rubber necking and drooling in excitement. No towel and no interest in visiting any saunas and being part of the spa experience.
The operating jacuzzi was also not great, due to 2 obese guys who seemed to be camped there, soaking all day, due to the vista it provided.
These types didnt even pretend to be sauna goers, blending in to the crowd.
Both Abdullah and the jacuzzi guys made my middle aged wife uncomfortable during our spa day, so little wonder the earlier model-like girls attending now stay way.

Was at another spa in NL last weekend and Abdullah was there too. He was in the shower room literally every time I entered and just sat there under the showerhead, not moving, staring. Super creepy and unfortunate.
