I'm accompanying my wife to her blood tests. It's summer, and the idea was to get the tests done and then go for a walk. For the occasion, she's wearing a very short dress.
Once we arrive at the lab, we go through the check-in procedures, and then, at the blood draw, we find a very pleasant surprise. Instead of the usual doctor-patient room, this time the blood draw is done in a large room, and patients are made to lie down on beds or armchairs. There are four beds in the room, and three patients per bed at a time: the one currently having the blood drawn, the one who just had it, and the one who will be having it next. Most of the patients are accompanied by someone, then there are doctors and nurses.
As you can imagine, a short dress isn't the most appropriate attire in this setting with the beds, and when it's my wife's turn to have the blood drawn, all the men present (about 15) more or less discreetly turn toward her to enjoy the show. The lab is close to our house, and some of those present know my wife. The dress is very short, and despite all the attention she gets, as she climbs onto the examination table, my wife opens her legs and reveals her panties, the attached picture taken from internet aims to give an idea.
Once she's lying down, she tries to cover herself, but as she moves, she continues to uncover her panties. Eventually, she manages to arrange herself properly and lies there with her legs closed, but with a small triangle of panties still showing. During the blood test, she relaxes and opens her legs slightly, and the triangle of panties visible widens. Since she has to remain still, it remains visible for a couple of minutes, practically an eternity. But that's not all; the blood test is very long and my wife, weakened by the blood test, or perhaps by the anxiety of showing her panties, eventually faints.
At that point, uncontrollably for a couple of minutes, while the doctor helps her recover, she spreads her legs, fully exposing her panties. Soon she recovers, the situation is not serious but she remains dazed and with her panties in full view. After a couple of minutes she gets off the examination table, still dazed, spreading her legs without any precautions. Everyone is watching her and enjoying this prolonged upskirt. Last but not least, not having foreseen the situation that day, she was wearing light, embroidered, and transparent panties, and everyone could see her pubic hair through them.
