At the doctor, a specialist I had never been to before. Nurse was early 50s, a bit curvy, C-ish boobs, her shirt was very thin, black, very stretchy/clingy top...and no bra!
Her nipples were poking out the entire time...and they were huge. The thickest and longest I had ever seen (not her areola, but her actual nipples). It was like two micro-penises poking out at me the whole time. I didn't stare at first, but then I started to admire them while she was writing and typing things. Was a pleasant, calming few moments.
