- yes it’s perfectly normal for young women to go to the sauna on their own
- generally speaking, sauna-only, smaller places will tend more towards the older men crowd, especially during the week and during the day;
- for a more balanced distribution of ages and gender, go in the evenings, towards the end of the week and on weekends
