You hit the wrong sauna or wrong time if it was only old men. Look for a sauna with a balanced crowd, the other nude women will make things easier for you. When you're a bit used to it and want a bit more exhibition you can still go back to the old men. Clothing optional times, if they are offered also have their own spice.
