All the sauna thermes I have visited in Germany had open dressing rooms. Males and females getting totally naked together before entering the sauna.

So then for you two to say the exact opposite is fascinating. Is it regional? Like here in the US (which is understandable because we are like 10 countries in one), people on forums will say "that [anything] definitely doesn't happen here," when it in fact does in some places, but based on region, local culture etc. (Such as driving age, topless laws, minors allowed in bars, pets you can have, chemical substances, even huge ranges in age of consent, etc.)
