This is extremely interesting because I used to be part of a nudist forum (like true, non-sexual nudists; sexual topics not allowed), and people passing by the forums and asking about family changing rooms came up A LOT, as you can imagine.
And so many people from Germany and Spain were all like "We don't even have that here, and we are the most open people in the world!"
So then for you two to say the exact opposite is fascinating. Is it regional? Like here in the US (which is understandable because we are like 10 countries in one), people on forums will say "that [anything] definitely doesn't happen here," when it in fact does in some places, but based on region, local culture etc. (Such as driving age, topless laws, minors allowed in bars, pets you can have, chemical substances, even huge ranges in age of consent, etc.)
