The mystery has finally been solved: she's LeiXnea CrXuz, a model/aspiring media personality:

She's definitely the most "adult model" of the three women in the commercial. She posed for several sites, but those pictures seem to have disappeared now. You can see a slideshow of some of them on her YouTube channel. Oddly, she doesn't seem to have had any web presence for the last 17 years or so. Still, it's great to finally know who all three women in the commercial are.
