Aside from the fact that this thread will be moved unless you supply pics or give us an IOU - perhaps i can give some input: Lets forget the "no kids" part for the moment. In North America, no place will satisfy this criteria with the possible exception of Haulover Beach or S. Miami beach in Florida. Wreck Beach in Vancouver BC has abundant hot partially nude chicks (herein refered to as HPNC's), but its not a resort type setting although it is beautiful. No other places have abundant HPNC's, period.
So you'd be looking at Europe (I can't speak for Australia - never been). The Carribean has a lot to offer, but I don't think any of the beaches really have abundant HPNC's. Its more for couples, lovers and families with money.
But in Europe, ahhh....you can take your pic. Most places however do not exclude kids (thats naturism for you). To get the hot chicks without the kids, you'd be looking at some place with a more "adult" focus or reputation. Cap d'adge will have kids, but its big and there will be places where you can get away from them (there are specific areas where folks can drop the kids off on the way to the beach). Ibiza will have kids too, but the hot chicks will far outnumber them. Vera Playa in Spain is another possibility. Croatia is not as fancy and has probably too many kids. But really, just about any popular urban or vacation beach in Europe (Barcelona, Riviera, Gold Coast (Spain)) will have abundant HPNC's. Also consider other mediterrainean islands and the Canary's.
But really, this sounds like a dream vacation for you but perhaps not your wife. Is she interested in the HPNC's too? And are mild mannered kids OK? I am trying to help not make fun of your question, but it does sound like you may be looking for more than you can expect to find in most places. I have never found kids to be a problem on any nude beach. They are cute and sometimes little girls will check you out which is kind of touching.
I almost forgot - Koktebel on the Black Sea is breathtaking (both the scenery and the chicks). Its maybe more funky than fancy, but I would consider it.
Now I am probably going to start an argument, but the most beautiful european women seem to be from the Netherlands, France, Czechoslovakia and Russia (Koktebel is in the Ukraine but the women are probably mostly Russian). I know, there is also Scandanavia, Germany and Med coast Spanish women are pretty hot. Come to think of it, Italian women are pretty hot too......ok, enough already........they're all beautiful....
