The Restaurant in the K is OK, I wouldn't bother leaving the K to eat.
Wednesday maybe half of the women will be clothed in the pool area. In the saunas it is always nude. I like that bit of CFNM I get, and the clothed ladies usually stare more than the nudes. If you are focused on seeing as much nudes as you can get, don't go on wednesday.
Showers are separate when entering, between locker and Sauna/pool The showers used after the sauna are mixed.
Eat breakdfast in Berlin or Ludw..., then go to K Use their Restaurant for for lunch, and eat again after leaving.
