On your PC - VLC Media Player it should be able to convert to mp4. Other smaller players likely do as well. Free
Online - freeconvert.com perhaps?
Either way may cost some quality but better than blank screen
VLC is a handy player. It's pretty popular, many members here will likely have it. Has some really useful features like allowing >100% volume, capture from PC or steam,conversion, snapshots, frame x frame, etc.
Never used freeconvert.com.
