A while back, I had to visit a client at a warehouse-style office for work. The office was in the middle of an industrial area. You enter through a glass door on the ground floor into a big warehouse, and about halfway in, there’s a mezzanine setup. A simple metal staircase leads up to the second floor, where the employee offices are—probably about twenty or so people working up there.
Here’s the interesting part, the warehouse manager’s office is on the ground floor, with his desk right by a window that looks out onto that metal staircase. Whenever a female employee in a short skirt walks up or down those stairs, anyone at that desk gets a clear view of what’s under her skirt. And I noticed there were quite a few women working there.
It’s probably just a one-off, but man, that desk has to be the dream spot to work at in my book.
