The following is one of my favourite things that's ever happened, and I'll put it in this thread in hopes that others revive it too -- I love seeing platonic friends naked in the unique contexts that permit it, there's that added vulnerability and trust it represents, it's super fun, seldom gets weird so long as there's mutual respect, and you never know how the others think about it and have fun with it after the fact!
My girlfriend (30) has two best friends -- April and Talia -- who she's known 15 years and are a big part of our lives. We've been on trips, visited one another, and they talk on the phone all the time. We got down, my gf, Talia, and her boyfriend ahead of me, while April and her bf stayed back. I laughed and shared that it was clothing optional, and anyone could undress or not at the pace they liked, including her. She nodded and said "good to know." She then went to talk to the girls
When we rejoined the group, my gf pulled me aside, laughing. "April's boyfriend doesn't want her to get naked, it's some sort of jealous struggle, and she told him this was important to her, she trusts us, and she wants to get completely naked in front of us." That still stands out as the most exciting sentence, as it encapsulates most of what I love about friends sharing in social nudity.
We went back to our seats with the others, where Talia had removed her top again on the other side of my gf, and April was laying in her one-piece next to her boyfriend, sitting right downhill from us, towards the water. I decided this would be an encouraging time to join in the nudity, so I slid off my swim trunks, letting everything hang out as I layed back. My girlfriend followed suite, removing her bikini bottoms, her gorgeous trimmed pussy on display. I admired for a minute, and knew the other two guys were making an effort not to stare, at least while I was sitting up.
At this point, I really wondered how far the girls would go, but any sense of intrigue about my gf's two best friends were about to evaporate just a few minutes later.
