The Dudley and Bob Show - Girl Kissing Contest
Here are some old video clips from The Dudley and Bob Show. They held a Girl Kissing Contest. The prize was concert tickets. One pair of contestants claimed they were mother and daughter, but I haven't been able to locate that one.
