I have been searching for these pics for awhile and I wanted to give some context because I am very familiar with the location where they were taken. I won't name the city, but it's in California and it has a population of about 150,000 people so even though those photos don't reflect it, there's a lot of people who could potentially be wandering around.
So the pics which are in front of the Big 5 Sporting Goods, the H&R Block sign, and the Supercuts - those are all located right next to the busiest street in the city - it's the main part of town where all the major business are located and there is nothing blocking the view of anybody who might drive by.
I have been out there at around 3 or 4 AM and while it's definitely quiet, there's still traffic going back and forth - that Big 5 in particular is maybe a block away from a 7-11 and a Jack-in-the-Box so there were definitely people around when this photo was taken, even if it was late at night.
The photo with the body harness is also really daring because she is standing on the sidewalk of that same major street that runs through the center of the city, very close to a major intersection - she's in a very exposed position, so to speak.
That photo in front of the Regal Cinema is also a lot more daring than it probably seems at first glance. That particular movie theater is across the street from a multi-level parking garage, which includes parking for a hotel that's one block west. The convention center is one block south. There is a bar that's open late which is just down the street [north] of where she's standing and anyone walking in or out of the bar would have a very clear view of her and would not be that far away. She is actually standing at the entrance of the parking garage [which has private security that patrols it].
The rest of the photos are located in the downtown area - it's interesting that they blurred the name of one business but not another. Downtown is basically one long street that runs east and west. Those photos are on the east side - the photo in front of the boutique is actually on the corner of an intersection - maybe 100 feet east there's a bar and about 100 feet west there are several bars which are open late. So while the photo doesn't really give a good sense of the location, it's a very public location and even late at night there's a good chance of running into someone because bars are closing. There's also a hot dog stand one block north of where she's standing and foot traffic towards that area is common as bars are closing.
Never saw her around and not exactly sure when the photos were taken - and she seems to have disappeared off the Internet now - but I remember seeing these photos on Reddit and being shocked that I knew exactly where they were taken.
