Of course they do, since many do far more than strip right in the club, if you take them back to the private dance area. There are also plenty of escorts who also advertise for striptease if that's what the client wants, then of course offer extras (again, if that's what the client wants). I've never once had a private stripper not offer me more, once she is naked and smashing her tits in my face.
