I had a friend exactly like that a few years back. I worked a part time job at a big box store for a few years and in the next department over from me there was a decent looking redhead. Through periodic casual conversation she found out I was an accomplished DIY-er and home remodeler, and she eventually talked me into coming over to her place to fix some stuff. She paid me a few bucks the first couple of times, but then one thing led to another and she started paying me with pussy. She was perfectly happy with this arrangement and developed a long list of stuff she wanted fixed and upgraded around her house. Over the following year or so I worked on her house a dozen times or more, sometimes taking quick payment on the spot, sometimes coming back later for more relaxed, extended remuneration.
I finally let that arrangement go because her repair work kept getting more extensive and involved, and having my own projects going on, didn't want to get that deep into somebody else's stuff. Secondly, I just didn't personally like her all that much. She was pretty good in bed, but in the end the amount of work wasn't worth it. It was fun while it lasted, though.
