That comes from "en cueros", literally that means "in leather" or "in fur", that's the way that the mexicans say "naked" "nude". Like I said before, in other hispanic countries it can be said differently, "en pelotas" would say an argentinian and paraguayan, "chinga" or "a culo pelado" would say in my country (but carefull with that word, "chinga", because for the mexicans it can be a really nasty insult, the kind they would kick your ass for).
