Which is also kinda funny that the neighbour guy has seen her topless while her stepdad (friend of his) never had that opportunity (although the old basterd would loved to have that opportunity ... as would her stepbrother).
Guess that depends on the people you hang out with and where you go to.
My wife still like going topless on more quiet beaches or naked on nude beaches.
Also with people around we know, but it just depends on who they are.

Those were great days. It was normal then on european beaches.
- I remember a vacation in 19190. Me, two of my brothers, my ex-GF and her stepsister were on vacation together. My ex-GF were topless every time we were on the beach. Not shy at all showing her big tits. And also her stepsister went topless.
- Some years later I visited a friend of mine and his ex-GFs parents. His ex-GF was topless on the beach. And also her sister. it was sooooooo cool.
- My now does not mind going topless when we have visitors. She has been topless with a friend of mine and his wife. My GF persuaded my friends wife to also be topless. She took her top off. And both women sat there topless drinking beer. My GF also loves to be nude on beach. Later this year we will go to Spain. To the nude beach, of course.
