Yes! This is what I like to notice the most. I like how seeing them straight-on they can look straight out, but from the side they point upwards a lot.
My wife's sister's areola point almost directly out to the side. I have never seen any breasts go that much sideways before. I remember the first time seeing her in thin pjs without a bra, and I was like "what are those bumps on the sides of her breasts?" Then later that day she bent forward and I got a clear of them...those bumps were her nipples located practically on the sides of her breasts. Of course her breast shape led to them. So lovely. I know it's not usual, but it's less common.
