I hate to break it to you but the guy having a "surprise birthday party" is definitely not having that. The guys is Jonathan "Coach" Coachman. The clip is from the WWF Girls Gone Wild PPV that they did in the lead up to Wrestlemania XIX in 2003. None of the girls in the pool with him worked for WWE.
