Oh, yes. I know two women who did just that, and they were both very religious, so they had double-plausible deniability to show their breasts while nursing.
One of them had like seven sisters, and we were all at a gathering, and a new mom literally lifted up her top, exposing both breasts while saying "I hear my baby crying, where is she?" while another sister brought the baby over to nurse. But while waiting, she looked around to see how many people were enjoying the view, which was every husband of every sister there.
Another time I was at a small party, and a nursing mom sat next to me, handed me her baby while she got ready, put on a nursing cover, but kept looking at me to make sure that I was seeing everything under the cover. Her smile was enormous, so I took the chance to look, and she smiled even more. She was definitely enjoying me having a long look.
My own was wife super careful about no one seeing, but one time she was at her friends so she wasn't using a cover when her friend's husband came home and walked up the stairs and stared at me wife. My wife admitted that it really turned her on and she made sure to keep them uncovered as long as reasonably possible while he looked at her. She banged me extra hard that night!
