Loss of erection capability is the canary in the coal mine indicating metabolic dysfunction. It's one of the first things to go as the body tips off into insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, and finally diabetes. Which leaves . . . meat. Nothing but meat. Any kind of meat. But only meat. It may take a year or three, but your metabolism will eventually heal; you'll lose weight, diabetes will go into remission, and hard-ons will return. But it may take a while depending on how far down the metabolic dysfunction road you've traveled.
