My wife is also naked all day long at the resort. The rules about taking pics are very strict; but of course there's always the possibility of someone grabbing a quick pic while seemingly surfing on their phone. Especially when she's out in the middle of the lake paddle-boarding naked legs open, someone off the beaten path could easily stand behind a tree and film her.
If the pic/vid is flattering, of course I would be tickled finding it online. There are so many of those on the internet at this point that she would just be one out of thousands available; so I wouldn't be so concerned with her being recognized. She would probably not feel the same way; but of course my wife has surprised me in the past, so you never know.
