Bollocks means testicles. Bollock naked is a phrase used for male nudity. I don't usually like to correct grammar but the phrase being used here is off-putting, like you walked in on a group of trans-dudes or something. Great story otherwise.

That might well be the origin of the phrase, but I am happy for it to be applied to a woman. In fact, I find it sexier to hear a grown woman described as being bollock naked than merely being naked or nude.
For example, when my wife goes to bed at night she is just plain naked, which is quite boring.
However, when she walked out of our bedroom on her way to check the baby, “naked” on its own didn’t really cut it. She ran slap bang into an old guy who was working at our house on the landing, giving him an unexpected full-frontal view of her as nature intended. As if that wasn’t enough, she nonchalantly turned around to show him her arse as she slowly made her way back into the bedroom. I’d need to say she was “stark bollock naked” to emphasise her predicament and the entirety of what the guy saw.
She may have been embarrassed at the time. I can’t say because I wasn’t there. However, when she told me about the incident later she was laughing and seemed to enjoy talking about it I suspected it turned her on a little.
