Our neighbors travel a lot and use the Rover app to find dog sitters. This usually means when they are gone there’s a random person living across the street from us. On many occasions it’s been decent looking gals.

They’re on vacation now and I received a text from him yesterday asking if I had time to go look at the tv situation in their guest room as the dog sitter couldn’t figure out how to use the cable. I said sure of course and he said he’d let her know I was coming. I headed over expecting an older person as is the case occasionally and since they couldn’t figure out how to work the tv. The door was answered by a girl in her early 20s. Very cute face. Brown hair and a tank top and some very short black shorts. We said hello and I headed to the bedroom. Her stuff was all over the place, including some bras and panties which was hot. She sat on a loveseat in the corner while I went to work. We made some small talk and at some point I glanced over and noticed she had pulled her legs up onto the couch and sat cross legged. Her tan thighs looked nice but starkly contrasted against the black of her shorts was her pink panties. A few more casual glances and I could make out her inner thigh connecting to her crotch covered by the panties. Unfortunately the tv was a quick fix. She just had the source set to the wrong thing. She popped up to see me out thanking me. Haven’t gone ten minutes without thinking about it since.
