In college, a friend of mine was a flagger in her rural county each summer when she would go home between college years.
She told me that the job was boring, but all the in between stuff with the guys was way more fun. I had no idea what she was talking about at the time; I thought she meant like going out for lunch and such.
But after reading your post, I am thinking of her in a totally different way...
