WNBR is a protest, and an awareness raising event and should not be used by people to promote their profit making efforts, sexual or otherwise. IMHO. I have personally been attacked relentlessly over the years yet have never make one single penny from anything I've ever done with a camera, WNBR-related or otherwise. Respect works both ways.

It took me a good number of years of covering WNBR events before I realised just how many (usually female) participants essentially use these rides to promote their sexual commercial enterprises.

If I had a quid for every time someone had 'stolen' one of my photos, I'd have enough money to fund my own river of tears. If it's out there, it's out there. Do what you want with it.

The audience has become weird as well. In the past it was full of people concerned about climate change and road safety for bike users.

Today it seems to be a weird unholy alliance of three diverse groups:

- Naked middle aged men.
- Naked professional female sex workers.
- Fully clothed Asian girls onlooking like hawks and taking pictures with the naked men (many of the Asian girls don’t even hide the fact that their eyes are directly fixed on the men’s sausages).
