We had a club where I live where the dance floor was clear glass, and the people eating one floor below could look up and see up short skirts while women danced. And it was always crowded on the dance floor. I knew several female friends who were regulars. This was over 20 years ago now, though.
How the glass stayed clear and didn't get scratched up with heels and other shoes was something I could never figure out, though. Too late to ask anyone now!

Those "Safety shorts" in some parts of Asia it has been prevalent women who wear skirts more often will wear that.
Specially Taiwan, Singapore etc.
I can't tell you how many times those safety shorts have ruined my anticipation to potentially see a good panty upskirt!
It's like cheat code women get away wearing white panties under dark coloured dresses or skirt as long as they put on black safety shorts.
